3, tell us where you want the personalization to be, on the front of the shell, or on the inside of lining;

3, we do the personalization according to your requirement, photo of the personalization will be emailed for your references;

4, we will do the personalization on the kippot you love after getting your confirmation for the sample personalization;

How to order

Orders are accepted by online, or email only, When order is confirmed, we will present an order sheet for client's information on which showing details as order No, clients names, address, contact information, style, quantity, colors, size, personalization, shipping dates and carrier etc.

Shipping.

Shipping is subjected to standard express service. Minimum shipping charge is $10.00. Additional shipping charges will be applied on larger orders or faster shipping. Shipping time is subjected to the express standard service. We are not responsible for any delay caused by express service.

After sales service

Defective merchandise only will be replaced immediately with paper statement due to the errors and damages caused us; defective paper statement shall be reported to us within 5 days upon received, failed the date, merchandise will be sent back. And we is not responsible for any defective caused by shipping
